AOG & scheduled maintenance

Grounded? We come to you.

Our own AOG truck brings technicians, tooling and parts to your aircraft, wherever it sits in the Southeast. Our technicians are badged for airport ramps and we're fully insured, so your FBO and airport have what they need before we arrive.

  • AOG troubleshooting, repair and return to service
  • Phase, calendar and hourly inspections, including CAMP, AAIP and manufacturer program tasks
  • Component changes: starters, ignition, batteries, emergency equipment and more
  • Avionics, APU and database updates
  • MEL deferral clearing and squawk resolution
  • Logbook entries and return-to-service paperwork to your program and GMM

Request service or a free proposal

Send the tail number and type, airport, Part 91 or 135, the squawks or due list, and when you need it back in service.

Text is fastest for an AOG, day or night. Email is best for due lists, write-ups and photos. Both reach the same team.
How it works

From first call to wheels up

The same process every time, whether it's a squawk at 0200 or a scheduled inspection. You always know where your aircraft stands.

  1. Triage

We talk it through with you or your crew and decide together: legal MEL deferral, or AOG.

  2. Plan and quote

Parts, tooling and technicians lined up, with a written scope and quote before work starts.

  3. Roll the truck

The truck brings the team, tools and parts to your ramp. You get an arrival time, not a maybe.

  4. Dated updates

Timed progress updates for your schedulers. Any change to return-to-service is flagged right away.

  5. Owner kept current

The owner or aviation manager hears from us daily. Nothing outside the approved scope without approval.

  6. Clean handback

Logbook entries and return-to-service paperwork, the aircraft secured, and a written summary.

About LCA

Veteran-owned. We've sat in every chair.

We started as young A&Ps on the hangar floor and grew into the people who run maintenance: avionics technician, maintenance controller, Director of Maintenance. Along the way we've delivered aircraft worldwide under Part 91, 91K, 135 and 121 and foreign civil aviation authorities.

Our team brings Honeywell Aerospace experience, hands-on across Honeywell engines, APUs, avionics, and the PlaneView and Symmetry flight decks. That OEM-side knowledge speeds up troubleshooting, AOG recovery, service bulletin planning and repair-versus-exchange decisions.

We're fully insured and our technicians carry airport badges, so we can work on your ramp without the paperwork chase. You get practical advice from people who have done the job, not boilerplate.

Questions

Straight answers

Are you insured and badged for airport ramps?

Yes. LCA is fully insured and our technicians are airport-badged. If your FBO or airport needs a certificate of insurance before we arrive, ask and we'll send it.

Where do you work?

AOG and scheduled maintenance across the Southeast, on your ramp or in your hangar. Compliance and planning work is done remotely for operators nationwide, with on-site visits available and travel billed at cost.

How fast can you get to an AOG?

Text (912) 268-0454 with the tail, airport and squawk. We'll tell you straight away whether it can be deferred and when the truck can be there, with an arrival time you can plan around.

Are you a licensed customs broker?

No. We help you understand and document duty-free and tariff-exclusion claims, and we work alongside your licensed customs broker, who files your entries.

Will the FAA accept the manuals you write?

Manuals are drafted to the applicable regulations and your operation. Acceptance is the FAA's decision and responsibility for the program stays with the certificate holder. We support you through review and revisions.

How do payments work?

Projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Retainers and TailClear are billed monthly in advance, or yearly for TailClear.
